The hotel has a lovely view and offers great pasta but lacks a coffee machine. The staff were less than helpful when asked for assistance but provided room service, laundry, paid airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is convenient, especially for exploring the National Park area and dining at the Konobo Trattoria cafe along the waterside. Dining is included and offers delicious pasta. The facilities are modern and spacious, catering to various needs.
